Communication was a major issue. I couldn't get through for a spa appointment beforehand, and when I finally booked, they had no hammam or massage available despite it being promised. My room's curtains were dirty, and the sunbeds were not well-maintained, which detracted from the relaxation I sought.

absolutely shocked by the service, if you can even call it that! 30 minutes for food, and a maid barged in like she owned the place. with all my grandeur, you’d think I’d get an upgrade or something. the lack of choices for the food is humbling in the worst way. almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.
